"Member not found" ERROR??

I certainly thought I was providing enough information, here are the details:We drag and drop the .flv onto the page and click OK, then up pops the error "Member not found", we click OK to remove the error popup, and all the other content on the page, disappears temporarily. The content comes back and the flv is listed on the page (to the left) but it does not work. When we click to view the properties of the flv, we get the same error. (NOTE: This happens in this order when we click the icon to insert the flv also)When publishing, it stops at the point of "creating media/video.flv..............." and will not publish. There are no errors in the error check prior to hitting publish.Is that enough detail? Let me know if you need more.
