"Member not found" ERROR??

I am getting the same error and am having no luck with technical support in clearing it up. I was fine until I installed the recent update (V9). At this point I have to uninstall Lectora and then reinstall the software to eliminate the new update. Hopefully this will clear up the problem, but Trivantis needs to figure out why this is happening as it does prevent publishing.
