Immediate Feedback- Questions

Well generally you have to leave the page you are on to get the built-in feedback to show. What I do instead of relying on the question feedback for on mid-lesson questions is to create my own feedback. I have the learner click a button that says "Check My Answer" and then test the question variable for correct/not-correct and have pop-up windows on the page to show the feedback. From an instructional design standpoint, it is generally a good idea to give the learner some feedback if they got the wrong answer and then a chance to try again. Also, it is a good idea to provide a way for them to get the correct answer. I have an action attached to the Check My Answer button that displays a "Show Answer" button which was hidden initially.luck, ben
