Background Flashes when Published

True...I only need it published to SCORM for the SumTotal LCMS. My colleague who just started using the tool needs his published to CD-ROM (stand alone). My project has been flickering on the web (IE). I just ran the alpha with my colleagues CD-ROM, same issue of flickering. I am testing what SBelzer mentioned about the META tag - thus far it seems to be working okay on my machine, but I have the newest. I still need to test on another PC.
