Truly Center Lectora Published Title

I sent you both images...when it is published via HTML, and when it is published to SCORM and delivered on Aspen 2.5. Ultimately, I need this project published to Aspen 2.5. However, I think if we resolve the issue with the HTML file, it will do the same when published to Aspen. For example, I have added an external META Tag that works the same in both. The size of my Lectora course is 800x600, and looks good when publishied and viewing at that screen resolution. It does center horizontally, but it still does not center vertically.
