Truly Center Lectora Published Title

The scenario: I have an 800x600 project that when published at its screen resolution looks great. When I increase the screen resolution to 1024x768, the 800x600 published title is centered horizontally but not vertically (done via Lectora). I have users who will view it at both screen resolutions, so I need it to be centered in the screen for both. The final publish is HTML/SCORM. Is there anyway to control this?
