Not sure what this means. Please clarify by stating whether or not the text blocks with the hyperlinks were inherited or not.From your description you have 6 text blocks with links at the title level, one for each chapter. It sounds like the text blocks were inherited in chapter 4. Now, where are the text blocks with text only? In the chapters only? At the title level and inherited?
