How you wrap text around an object

I've been using Lectora for years yet have never figured out how to do this. It's an option in the text block properties. I think I've seen it demonstrated. But when I place an image over text with "Wrap Text" checked, the text jumps down to the bottom of the screen, rather than wrapping around the image. When published, the text displays at the correct coordinates, but the image just covers the the text. This seems like it should be simple but it's never worked for me. What am I doing wrong?

Figured it out and it appears you also have to check "always on top" for both the text block and the image. Does not seem intuitive at all as "wrap text" should be enough to make it work. The directions in the help guide did not mention this at all.
The directions read "You can have text within a text block automatically flow around objects layered above the text block. Objects layered below the text block will not affect the contents of the text block." Which means the image should always be on top. Since multiple things can't on the top layer at once it probably means your image was layered on top the text when you selected the option.
