How do you publish with text not embedded in Javascript?

Did Lectora change this at some point? I was trying to update our site's search engine and it no longer works because the text is embedded in Javascript. It used to work for years. What changed. How can I fix this to publish text in a way that search engines can read it? I have a bunch a ton of complaints within the company about our search engine no longer working and have managers asking when this will be fixed. Out search engine company said they didn't change anything on their end, that search engines won't read text within Javascript.

Yeah, it indexes my site. It worked in the past but now it doesn't. We paid for an upgrade to the indexer, hoping it would work but their tech support said it's a problem with the Lectora output.
We use Lectora and Storyline 3 for rapid authoring. Storyline 3 has a built in search function.
So, if not an indexer, what does every use for searching your courses? Do people just not have search engines? My company is bewildered that we might no longer have a search engine, and insist that every training program should have search capabilities.
Are you using an indexer built to index web sites? Keep in mind Lectora does not output web standard content and with each version seems to go further from it.
Seamless publishing is likely the problem, since it turns the entire course into scripts. Try publishing non-seamless.
I don't publish seamless as nothing works when I do that. It screws up way too much stuff in seamless.
