Change multiple images at once

Dear all.I was just wondering if anyone has a trick or tip for this. I am currently working on a pretty big course, in which all the images of the buttons need to be replaced.The original image was button_clicked.png , and we have made new buttons called button_clicked.gif . As you can see, only the format changes. The button itself, as well as the name, remain unchanged. Instead of going by all of the 3/400 buttons manually, I was wondering if anyone knows of a little trick to change all the instances of this button to the new state? I am also not able to just copy-paste one button, because a lot of them contain different actions, of have certain conditions.Anyone?
