Background Flashes when Published

First, make sure your background is as small as possible to make the load time short.Second, you might make sure that it is the background that is the problem. Try making a blank course with only a text block on a page, publish it, and see if it still flashes.Third, try this in a META tag in the root of the courseThis will put a fade in-between each page (IE only) and might soften or remove the 'flash'SB
