One thing I do in cases like that is to create a text box that is not initially visible. I create a text box for each choice. You can group each text box with a highlight section. That way you can show and hide the group instead of just the text. Along with the text box, you can create a giant transparent button that takes up the whole screen. That way, no one can click on the other answers until he finishes reading the text. Make the button clickable so that it hides the entire group (which includes the transparent button). There are many tricks that you can incorporate. Those just come to mind.
