Mastery score

Hi, I am using SCORM based Lectora course in our LMS.For reporting purpose I need Mastery score of AU.But for SCORM 1.250 tag available in imsmanifest.xml file. value is the actual that I set in the porperties of AU for mastery score=50.But for SCORM 2004 0.66available in imsmanifest.xml file. value is not the actual that I set in the porperties of AU for mastery score=50.I want know the difference between both version.Is it Lectora rule or Std. SCORM RULE.ThanksVarsha
