How to create new Lectora wizard?

Hi, I want to create new SCORM/AICC based course having new style Lectora wizard. I want to use title wizard to create new scorm SCORM/AICC based course. But can't seen any new wizard creation option in Lectora. Is it available in it? If yes then how?Thanks & RegardsVarsha
