Why does Lectora require Flash?

Here is the error message (see pic). Let's say I use Lectora to produce HTML5 content. I don't target anything that requires Flash. I don't need Flash. I don't want to compromise my machine by even having Flash installed. Why does Lectora still requires it when I try to add an mp4 file?

Macromedia!? is it 1992 again? HeHeHe.

Everything within the "nuts and bolts" of Lectora we changed from Flash to HTML5 with the release of 16.1 so I was a little stumped at first. I talked with our development team and essentially it's a warning message that appears if you don't have Flash installed on your computer. The message assumes that your content may have Flash within it. The dev team is going to work on adding some logic to the message so it only appears if there is actually Flash content within the course.

16.2.2.

What version of Lectora are you running?
