Long chapter name over multiple lines

Hi everyone,
quick question: I have a title with a few chapters with long names like "Administration and Maintenance Guidelines". However, the ToC has been designed for only 20 chars per line. Is it possible to break the line in the ToC? Otherwise I can only see "Administration and M" in the menu...
