Pause/unpause ALL media (like Mute/Unmute ALL media)

A "pause any media currently playing" action (similar to "mute any media currently playing") would be great. E.g. when I show a "how to use the course video" (which is a title-level object), I'd like to pause any media currently playing regardless of what page I am now.
