What is the best video ormat to use

Totally depends on what you want your video to be.- Is quality really important? - What platform do the potential visitors browse on?- At what speeds do the potential visitors browse?- What codecs do they posess (spelling?) ?- Does the video have sound?- Etc.It is really all up to you. For some projects we use Mac's MOV-format, because the quality is real great. For some others we downscale the video and use something like MPEG because it can be displayed default by most windows-machines on this planet, and therefor does not require special codecs. Codecs can really ruin your idea because most of the times they are too difficult to install for common users.If you post some demands, like the list posted aboven, we could give you a hint.
