works perfectly. you were right about the actions, i had them in the wrong order.i have also created an action at the root level that shows a summary page when the Answercount = 0.However it is not working.I have:- On Show - go to- Chapter/section page - Summary pageCondition: When Variable: Answer count is equal to 0p.s thanks so much for the replies, they are so helpful
