What is the best video ormat to use

I personally use .flv (flash video) - does that suprise anyone :) If the client doesn't want to require the end user to have the flash player installed we go with MOV or MPEG as Ludo suggested. I like using FLV's because they allow for a progressive download and have a small file size for the quality. Granted that MOV's can produce similar results - but if I'm already using flash in the course there is no reason to require the end user to have the flash player and the quicktime plugin when it can all be done in the flash player.I personally use .flv (flash video) - does that suprise anyone :) If the client doesn't want to require the end user to have the flash player installed we go with MOV or MPEG as Ludo suggested.
