Troubleshooting guide

I would love to have a troubleshooting or quality control checklist available for courses created using Lectora Inspire. Sometimes I think that I'm the only one who has encountered a particular problem and I like to dig through it to see if I can figure out the answer myself. Finally, I give up and contact User Support ... and it's usually something minor that I have to change. Argh. I'd rather go to a book (or help file) and see something like "Why aren't my test results appearing?" with try this, try that, etc.


Just a thought.
