Support Options when calling

Why isn't there an option for Lectora Inspire when you get the voice mail directory? It's very annoying to listen through eight options, only to find out not a single one is for Lectora Inspire. You could add/change one for "anything else not listed."
And PLEASE, if you have an online case report form for technical support, assign someone to answer them.
