Publishing to HTML (Different browser issues)

Does anyone have any tips regarding using Lectora with the publish to HTML option? We've created an extensive test and are now testing the functionality in IE6, 7, 8, and Firefox 1, 2, 3. Hitting obstacles such as buttons that disappear in IE6. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
