Haha, Bad Idea Bear. That's great. I think what you suggested will work fine for what I'm trying to do. I'm not a champ when it comes to manipulating things within Lectora. Also, I printed out the guide for the animations and their parameters, and apparently the tic tac toe game has a Flash variable named "result" that can show the student if the game has been attempted, won, or lost. How does this work? Jamie
