Excellent ideas from Kevin that I completely agree with.Some more ideas that are simple (I'm a simple minded fool) but likely effective.- Have a quiz at the end of each chapter. Using variables, don't let the user see the other chapters or the test until they have passed each chapter's quiz. It cuts down on freedom of exploration, but how many people really go from chapter c to b to d to a then the test? Not many.- At bare minimum, hide the test until they have done something that is "worthy" of being able to take the test.If doing the above with variables, ensure they are not just session variables as you want them to be able to come back into the course in the future and not have to jump through hoops again.Russ
