Yes and no. PPT allows all kinds of text animation. For the most part that is not available.You can make text blocks appear when you click other images or buttons or text blocks. Just use an On Click action that Shows a hidden text block.It is generally a good idea to make if very clear to the learner what they are supposed to do.
