How are you deploying the course? Are you trying to run the course from a network location? The only time I've seen speed issues with Lectora is when someone is trying to work with it off a network drive (usually the person authoring it, since we don't deploy them to our users via a network drive). This is one of many reasons I always strongly suggest to my developers that they work off the local drive and do backups to the network. We deploy our course through an ancient version of CourseMill, which doesn't seem to present any speed issues at all (except when somone tries to use a really, really old computer).Hope this helps!Laura
