Firefox question

Typically, all users in our organization are using IE; however, due to some recent acquisitions, we have some Firefox users now.I've been contacted by one of the FF users and they are not able to open the scorm 1.2 lectora content from our LMS. The LMS functions are working without any problems (i.e. viewing tabs, profile information, etc.). When they attempt to open the course, they get nothing...nothing meaning not even a popup blocker message. Is there something I should be doing to Lectora before/after publishing to accommodate the FF users, and not affect the IE users?
