Slow Page Load

As I understand it, when you publish to SCORM/AICC you get the title manager whether you like it or not. It is grayed out on publish dialog box. But sometimes those courses do not run w/o an LMS so to simulate you select that option. But the grean background? No idea. Slow on the local hard drive. Hmmm. There should be a pause for the first one but after that should run quickly on local drive. Do you have another machine you can test it on?
