show current score in Quiz

I don't really do much with scores, so I can't help you with that part, but you can determine whether a person answered a question correctly or incorrectly by having an action that does something (such as displaying a certain message) when the question variable (e.g., "Question_0001") has a value of "Is correct." (You'd set this condition on the Condition tab of the action.)Laura
