Control the filenames of published files

Someone asked me about the reason for wanting customized nameing of each page. I thought it would give more context to the question:1) current naming: a. long names (based on the title of each page) are too long; b. short names are not descriptive and the numbering does not make sense (eg. page13820.html).2) I'm using Flash as a menu to go to each chapter. We can not code the names of the links until it's published. If we can indicate the names for each HTML (eg. 1_1.html for the 1st page of chapter 1, 2_1.html for the 1st page of chapter 2), it's much easier for production.Thanks for your suggestions,
