Script for survey results?

I've been researching this a bit more and maybe I can ask better questions now...First off I'm gathering that my best solution for this is to create the survey within the lectora course and then have it submit the survey results to a script. I've searched and found several examples of people doing this, but is there some standard cgi code or guidelines I can base my script on? I'm not that familiar with scripting, but if I have some base code, I can figure out how to get it to do what I need. I think.I don't need it to go to a database necessarily, just a flat file, csv, or log of some sort. The info I really need to capture are several survey questions (possibly drop downs or radio button type, etc.), the name or ID of the user, and the course ID.As noted above, our courses will be SCORM 2004, hosted on our LMS (we're using SLK to deliver our courses.)I realize now that I was trying to do something the hard way. This would be much simpler if I can figure how the script should work. Thanks for the help!
