Pausing a Flash movie

Mark, I am having the same issues as many in this forum. I would like to have something created similar to the .mp3 control you created but to control a swf file. I am not a Flash developer. I need a play/pause, sound control, progress bar and rewind/fast forward. I have two video sizes ... one is 640 by 480 and the other one is 320 by 240. I am in a real pinch because the videos were sent to me as swf to put in this course. Any help you could provide would be great. I sent you an email as well through your web site. Thanks.
