SCORM and multiple Assignable Units

I’m trying to build a course in SABA Publisher 5.0 that contains multiple Assignable Units – basically an Assignable Unit for each chapter. The course is SCORM 1.2 published and opens up within a Player supplied by the LMS, SABA 5.2. The back, next, and exit buttons are part of the Player; there are no navigation buttons in the content of the course. On the left side of the Player a Table of Contents is created when the course is loaded – the Table of Contents displays the name given to each of the Assignable Units. The idea is to click on a name in the Table of Contents and go to that AU, or to click on the next button in the Player and page through the course. This is my first experience with multiple assignable units and the Player.Obviously I’ve erred in the build and the publishing – any guidance/advice would be appreciated. I ran into error messages publishing to SCORM with multiple AUs. Two that I think were key errors:(1) Assignable Unit is missing a scored Test or a Modify Variable action for either AICC_Lesson_Status or AICC_Score. You must have at least one of these items somewhere in an assignable unit for AICC/SCORM compliance. This is how the assignable unit can be set as completed within the Learning Management System.I placed a Modified Variable on each of the Assignable Units to get rid of the error:On: ShowAction Modifiy VariableTarget: AICC_Lesson StatusValue: completedModification Type: Set Variable Contents Was I anywhere in the neighborhood on this?... should I have used On: Mouse click? or placed the action somewhere specifically?(2) Assignable Unit is missing an "Exit Title" Action. You must have an "Exit Title" Action somewhere in an assignable unit for AICC compliance. This is how the assignable unit returns the student to the Learning Management System. In an attempt to trick the software, I placed a 2px x 2px invisible text box in the far right corner of the last page of each AU and placed the "Exit Title" action on that tiny area. The thought was that the possibility of a user mousing over it is very, very remote. Just having that action somewhere in the AU made the error message go away and I could publish in SCORM.The end result is that the course displays in the LMS player, and the Table of Contents appears at the left. However, the course closes whenever the continue (or next) button at the top of the LMS player is clicked and/or whenever any item in the Table of Contents is clicked. There may be other problems in the course, but of course we can't see them until we can actually enter the course. Obviously we can’t get past the first page.Again - thanks for any advice.
