pop up windows failing in LMS

Hi Tim V,I too am having this exact issue using Saba Publisher 5.0 build 2262.What I did to replicate this was to take the History of Kites and added a "Help Button" and also a Help Page within Publisher. This works well if I do the Preview Mode but as soon as I loaded it into Saba(tried both Saba 3.4 and 5.2), I get the General Exception error. I even renamed the new new window to "Help" but it still gives the error.Please advise.Thanks,kelly
