pop up windows failing in LMS

My course is SCORM Published (1.2 conformant)and housed in a SABA LMS. It is built with SABA Publisher 5.0. The LMS launches the course from a player and the course opens in it's own window.Within the course I created links to external sites, these open in new windows with no problem. I created links to pdf files and word docs that I imported into the extern file, these links also open in new windows without any problem.I built a chapter in the course to hold pages (that I created within Publisher). I wanted to link to those "internal" pages from other pages of the course and have them open in a new window like above - and that's where I run into the problem of a General Exception error.This works for an external website and opens in a new window: This works to pull a .doc from the extern file and open in a new window:This doesn't work to pull a page built in another chapter within Publisher - a new window won't open without a General Exception Error: Can anyone point me to what I'm doing wrong?
