Rockstar Learning Security

Is there a way to automatically log a user out if a link is forwarded?

We use a deep link for our non-employee vendors to access our Ethics and EEOC content. When new vendors come aboard, the vendor managers sometimes send their enrollment link to the external vendor instead of the deep-link. The vendor can access the employee's profile and content with the employee's enrollment link. Our ITS department sees this as a security risk. We need a way for the system to log the user out not to share their profile with others. I believe the RockStar Learning system can do this the same as it does with the elb-online training.

Can you tell me how to avoid the security risks by setting up a process that allows only the assigned user access to their profile? We've already asked them not to share. That is not working.

Solution

We will be addressing that soon. Many customers like the auto login feature but we realize it can cause some security concerns. We will be adding an option so you will be able to configure it as you like.

Enable auto login for course links (default is disabled)

If you have any other feedback on any possible nuances let us know. Thank you!
