Issue with content registering in Rockstar portal

Can someone help?

We loaded four new sessions to a course in Knowledgelink/Rockstar Learning today. We are having issues with the portal recognizing and registering the content when someone completes it.

Also

• When selecting exit, the page does not advance when the session ends. We have to click the next module.

• In one session the page will not load after viewing a few slides. We have a quiz in this session and cannot test the quiz i because the remaining content does not load.

• The portal is not registering user activity. It still reports incomplete even though the course and session were completed.

Has anyone had this problem and can offer solutions?
