Resetting some (not all) variables

Hi Ben, the problem is this.I've created a title that has a lot of IT screens in it (created as static screen captures). To simulate the real application for my students, I have overlaid the screen captures with entry fields/drop-down lists, etc., to make it feel as though the student is using the real application. When they complete a process in this simulation, they have the option to go back and try it again. If they do, all the variables they used (e.g. filling in their name, choosing a date from a drop-down list, etc.) are pre-populated second time around. In the title I've built, one little section might have 8 or 10 variables of this type (imagine you are showing someone how to fill in an order form with many fields). What I want to be able to do is have a single action at the end of the section that says "if the user chooses to have another go, reset only the variables that will appear in that section" (e.g. the entry boxes, the drop-down list and so on). Does this make sense?Rather than create many actions that reset each one individually, I wondered if later versions of Lectora have a feature that offers me a pick-list of all my variables (individually titled entry fields, drop-down boxes, and so), giving me the option to specify which ones should be reset. As you can imagine, this would be very quick when offering my student the chance to go back and re-run a particular simulation.Hope you can make another post to tell me more.Montague.
