Make a Lectora window remain on view when a user clicks window below?

I am producing some 'decision-tree' help materials in Lectora V9 that will be 400 x 720 pixels in size. This narrow window is deliberate choice because the call centre agents will often be looking at a full-size customer details screen beneath my narrow Lectora window. I need to find out if there is a way to keep my Lectora window as the top window, even if the user clicks on the window beneath it. As you are no doubt aware, under normal circumstances the top window (my help window) would minimise.

Does anyone know a method in Lectora to give the window properties that will keep it as the top window even in a user clicks on the full-size window that's beneath it? the full-size window beneath is not a Lectora window - it is a customer data system entirely unconnected with Lectora.
