please help me using iSpeech 'text to speech' service in Lectora

I have found a great free (or paid-for if you have the money for Premium) text to speech tool called iSpeech (Convert any text to speech with iSpeech)
I'm hoping that someone else can help me figure out how to use this tool within Lectora. In essence, you visit the iSpeech website and type some text that you want transforming into the spoken word. It generates some code (javascript I believe), which can then be embedded into your website. It's this last part that I'm looking to use in Lectora. I assume it could be embedded as external HTML? But I'm really in the dark about how it could be done. Here are some things I'd like it to do for me:
Play the 'spoken text' when a user clicks a button or hovers over a hotspot/image;
Play the 'spoken text' as soon as the page is shown.
I think iSpeech could be a useful tool for anyone using Lectora to build e-learning, but I haven't got the necessary knowledge yet to figure out how to do it. I hope someone on the Forum can respond and work with me to figure it out for the benefit of everyone else on this great forum.
