"Lectora Online" & "Community Forum" Erro

Lectora 2008 Prof. Pub. Suite installed on WinXP SP2 pc. Works fine except for a couple of the help agents: Community Forum and Lectora Online. A notepad box opens and the error "The file name, Directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect" appears. I have tried reinstalling just the help agents, but it doesn't fix.
