Linking to PDF w/o shutting down Lectora

I think I've read every discussion regarding linking to PDFs and have tried every suggestion. I am using Publisher Suite 2007 and publishing to AICC. I can get the file to launch, and even in a seperate window, but it always knocks me out of the CBT...how are you all handling this problem? I've added the pdf to the additional files in the title and used "Go To" and then used the file name as the web address, and I've used the "launch program/document" and they both end up knocking me out of the Lectora software. I also tried to add a "pop-ups" chapter at the end of the title and creating an action that told it to go to that page...same deal. I noticed something about using the file name of "extern/filename.pdf"...is that what I'm supposed to be doing? Thanks in advance.I think I've read every discussion regarding linking to PDFs and have tried every suggestion. I am using Publisher Suite 2007 and publishing to AICC.
