Question feedback after 2 attempts

I now this question was answer before, but I can find it.
I have a question with on screen with feedback messages for correct, incorrect and empty answers. I need to display the correct answer after 2 failed attempts.
Please help, I need a little reminder course in lectora. I have forgot a lot of things in 1 year without using it.
