MP4 Video controllers(skin) not working

Hello,
I created a course using MP4 videos and the lectora video controllers (skin) the basic grey one( play/Stop scrub bar and volume control). The problem that I’m having is that some of our users are not being able to use the controllers, they see the bar on the screen but they are not able to click on it; any ideas how to fix the problem or what could be causing it?
