Put Articulate Engage swfs in course.

I know someone is going to tell me that I should just use Snap! Empower, but I would actually like to use both.
Are Articulate Engage swfs able to be placed into Lectora titles to play on an LMS? Most all swfs that I have ever worked with were self-contained, but Articulate's Engage swfs don't seem to work this way. All of the asset files are housed outside of the actual swf in a separate folder. When I load the primary swf file into my title, it will not play because it cannot find the other asset files.
Has anyone had any luck getting Engage swfs to work in Lectora? Do I need to save swf files into the Lectora title development folder? I'm not trying to do HTML, but SCORM/AICC.
