Print Title to PDF in Lectora 11 - what changed?

When I print a title from Lectora 11, what looks like an external HTML object displays in the middle of every page. If that happens to overlay a transparent text box, the text is barely readable. Where does this thing come from and how can I hide/remove it?

Any ideas?

I determined that the issue is an external HTML object at the title level (CSS that repeats the background).

When such an object is at the page level, you can resize and move it out of the way. You cannot do this at the title level.

How can I change this????

It doesn't matter whether the object is on the title level or on the page, you should still be able to see it. Unless it's set to "Cascading Style Sheet" type, in which case you cannot see it, move it or resize it. Change the Ext HTML object type to something else, e.g. Custom DIV, resize it out of the way, then change it back to CSS and re-add the .css file.
