Looking for Best Practice for Chapter transition

I am looking for suggestions for best way(s) to let a user know that a new chapter has started. There is a chapter title change in the header but that is a bit subtle.

I don't want to go back to the old "Chapter x: The Chapter Title" page like you see in PowerPoint!

Any ideas, gurus?

Here's an idea: color coding. Make each chapter it's own color (doesn't have to be like a rainbow, use subtle similar colors). It'll instill a sense of progression.

Or, finish off a chapter with a small quiz and send learners off into the next chapter. So instead of "welcome to new chapter" approach you'll signal the transition with "that chapter has finished". Gives learner more sense of achievement rather than frustration over "oh come on, one more chapter".
