Printing the title

No easy way but there is a way and a suggestion.If you turn on Visibility check boxes under File > Preferences and then turn OFF everything you do NOT want printed, that is how you can get it. Try it with one or two pages first.Suggestion - If you and your SMEs have it, print to Microsoft Office Document Image file instead of PDF. Why? Because you can mark up the MDI file !!!! Your SMEs can add text boxes, some hilighting, insert pictures,and draw lines, Makes feedback from SMEs SOOOO much easier. Does not work if they do not have MDI. You should see it as one of the printer selections. Not available on all systems - don't know why. Something to do with the kind of Office install.
