Print Action

Hello all- I am wondering if anyone has dealt with using the Print Action to print a screen. I need it to automatically print in landscape mode or shrink to fit the page. Currently, when someone prints they are only getting half the page. Thanks! I am using Lectora 9.0 publishing to SCORM 2004
